So after hours of searching for the best – here’s a list of the Top 10 3D Printed Masks that we found for you!

Death Trooper

The latest Star Wars movie has us all inspired to create our own cool headgear so it’s no surprise that there are plenty of STL files flooding the 3D printing community. And although there are loads of awesome Trooper masks out there, one of our favorites is this Death Trooper helmet made by designer Geoffro. With a keen eye for detail, Geoffro has many other Star Wars helmets that you can find on Thingiverse. Find the Trooper mask here

Rick Sanchez

It’s time to Get Swifty and what better way than print your very own Rick mask? Made by Thingiverse user easilyused, the detailing on this printed mask is so good that we’re sure Rick too would be proud. And if you haven’t binge-watched Rick and Morty yet then go watch it ASAP and then come back and print this awesome mask here!

Iron Man

We won’t lie. Making Cosplay armor is not only time consuming but can also get a tad bit confusing. Luckily there are many tutorials online and if you’re looking to make the awesome Iron Man helmet- we got you covered. User samhotep shares his step by step guide on how to make your very own Iron Man mask and has even linked the STL files in this Instructable. Check it out!

It’s safe to say that we all secretly want to be Batman. But since that’s not possible (just yet), the next best thing is to dress up like him. This badass mask designed by Carmelo Nazario is available on MyMiniFactory for one and all. So get printing- here

You’ll find loads of Darth Vader masks on the internet but very few that match the melted version from ‘The Force Awakens’. And so that’s exactly what MadJack3dPrints designed. He’s also put up a video to help you out. Available on Thingiverse, you can check it out here

Joker

Hands down this has to be one of the creepiest Joker masks around. Designer Stefanos Anagnostopoulos got his inspiration for this mask from the comics, particularly ‘Batman Death of the Family’  where the Joker peels off his own skin in one of the scenes! Find this awesomely gruesome Joker print on MyMiniFactory!

Ultron

If you’re tired of cosplaying as a hero then how about the incredible supervillain Ultron? Another masterpiece from Stefanos Anagnostopoulos you can find the design for this mask complete with glowing LEDs in the eye-sockets at MyMiniFactory!
